Team News
Last week due to injuries and lads away Wheats made multiple changes to the starting team. This week there are more changes, mainly in the back line, to the squad with players returning back after a weekend away. Ben Craig and James Moffitt are the only changes in the pack.
In the backs it's all change from last week. Sam Eaton comes in at 9 after returning from holiday. Clark McCallum starts his first game of the season at 10. Last years top try scorer teams up with this seasons current top try scorer Gareth Windsor in the centre. On the wings are Rob Clarke, searching for more tries after last weeks score and John Hayes. Jamie Hutton returns at fullback after having to work last weekend.
The bench is full of youth and experience with Richard Lowe set to make his first appearance of the season after getting married a few weeks back!
Kick off is at 14:15 this week. We have a Wheats Family Fun Day set up from 13:30. Come down for plenty of activities for the kids such as faceprinting, bouncy castle and a BBQ. There are some great drink offers also on in the bar. Come down and support the boys in their first home fixture of the season!
